We learned this when sales associate, DeMeon Washington contacted me to confirm the car my wife saw was still available. We drove 45 min from N Dallas to see & drive the car. DeMeon arranged for us to take the car back to Dallas where our 40 year+ mechanic inspected it. He said it was in pristine condition. We also checked with a family member in the car biz who reviewed the CarFax info DeMeon provided & was impressed with the car’s history. We drove back and negotiated a deal meeting our budget in 5 minutes with DeMeon & AJ Cancel. We were out the door in about an hour signing docs with Steve Williams, and drove home a fantastic previously-owned car for my wife. Sure, it is a small dealership, but the faith-based culture & dedication to delivering big dealership customer service was proven in our experience. He came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. He had a variety of vehicles that matched my preferences. The finance manager, Steve, worked diligently on my purchase and got my financing package complete with my pre approval.
